Candidates will be strongly mathematically literate, with the ability to communicate well and think on their feet. Experience in data handling and transformation is also highly desirable. ### The Role - To understand and document client requirements and formulate creative yet practical solutions to these requirements. - Review and validate data, build and validate models, run scenarios, and assist in the preparation of client presentations. - Provide structured and creative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities. - Fully document solutions approach, data sources and transformations, assumptions and constraints. - Assist the client to implement and control business improvement solutions developed. ### Key Skills and Experience Required - Qualification in Industrial or Mechanical engineering, Statistics, Actuarial Science or Operations Research. - Good people skills and the ability to work and manage your time independently. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with BI / dashboard development technologies (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView etc.) would be an added advantage. ### We Are Looking for Candidates Who Will - Be able to rapidly diagnose customer challenges and represent potential solutions. - Uphold our brand values and have a customer-centric approach - obsessed with meeting and exceeding customer needs. - A flexible approach, attention to detail and a total quality focus. - Thrive under pressure and be accountable for all tasks assigned to them. - Work with autonomy and independence whilst building strong long-term relationships with key contacts and stakeholders. - See themselves as innovative self-starters – proactive, highly motivated, determined and keen to succeed. ### About Transnova Transnova is an independent logistics advisory, technology and managed services firm established in 2012 with staff of over 100 supply chain professionals.
